Policies / Terms and Conditions 

  • Purchasing Originals  Available artworks are listed on the gallery page. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in purchasing a piece, making an offer, or have any questions. We usually respond in one to two days. When you are ready to make a purchase use the buy now button to pay with credit card or use the contact form to request an invoice. If requesting an invoice include the titles of the works you wish to purchase and your preferred payment method. We accept PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, ACH bank transfer, or Afterpay. You will be emailed an invoice in one to two business days.

  • Shipping
  • USPS, UPS, 
  • Worldwide shipping and tax are always included in the purchase price, there will be no additional fees at checkout. All originals ship with insurance and signature confirmation required. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Depending upon your location most USA orders will arrive 3-14 days after shipment, most international orders will arrive 1 to 3 weeks after shipment. Shipping charges accosted with a return are non refundable (please see the return policy below). Buyer pays for return shipping. Individual listings shipping polices may differ. Please refer to each listing, contact me if you need help.
  • Return Policy  Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for originals, 14 days for prints. 
  • There is a minimum 10% restocking fee on all returns to cover the cost of shipping. This fee may be higher on very large or heavy shipments in the case that shipping charges exceed 10% of the purchase price. You may request a shipping receipt. 
  • To initiate a return, please email liz@lizparkerart.com and include the following information:
  1. Your name
  2. The title of the piece
  3. The date of purchase
  4. The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
  5. The reason for requesting a return -If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
  6. Please ship the artwork in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Buyer pays return shipping. Shipping fees and restocking fees are non-refundable. Please email liz@lizparkerart.com with any questions or concerns.
  • Making an Offer
    • Prices on certain original pieces may be negotiable. Feel free to make an offer.
  • Reviews
    • When making a purchase you may be asked to consent to taking an optional review. You may also receive follow up emails requesting a review. 
  • Copyright 
    • Liz Parker maintains her right as the artist to copy or reproduce any image or work she chooses whether it is in her possession or has been sold. Liz Parker alone holds the copyright to her artworks.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information 
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via email:

  • See what data we have about you, if any. 
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security 
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Orders 
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
